intravolFollowing BSN’s lead with Volumaize, MuscleTech has just released their new “intra-workout” supplement called IntraVol. Taking a look at the ingredients quickly (I have no idea what a lot of these ingredients do - the list is longer than my forearm!), it looks like the main thing to look out for here is Waxy Maize Starch, Amino Acids and Creatine. There’s tons more in there, but MuscleTech likes to do this, from what I can see the main ingredients are those three.

I was lucky enough to grab a couple of promo samples of IntraVol a week ago, and decided to use them on my leg and back days. I was pretty impressed all round, definitely helped on the energy side of things during training. Pumps, I didn’t notice a difference. Recovery was definitely a huge difference there. I felt less fatigued. It tastes pretty good to, there was only one flavor available when I tried it, fruit punch

It’s a bit pricey for my liking, so I won’t be buying any. I already spend enough on my current stack. I reckon it’s one to keep an eye on though, it’s going to be very popular. You can read more IntraVol Reviews here.

Have you tried IntraVol? If you have, leave your experiences in the comments - I’d love to hear them!
