Here are some exercises you can do to improve your grip strength:

  • Wrist rollers
  • Deadlifts
  • Pullups
  • Wrist curls
  • Reverse wrist curls
  • Hanging from a bar with your gym towel wrapped around (as long as possible)

Anyone think they could tear through that phone book?

The only way you’ll fix this problem is to decrease your overall body fat %. That will lose the fat off your chest.
