If you’ve never heard of a “positive nitrogen balance” and are wondering what the hell I’m talking about don’t feel bad, you’re not alone. The term isn’t something you hear every other guy in the gym talking about. But I can guarantee that even though he may not be familiar with the term, every gym rat on the planet knows what happens when you have a positive nitrogen balance-you get big.
The whole thing is pretty complicated but can be explained fairly simply. Nitrogen is a chemical element found in protein, which we know is the primary building block for muscle growth. And in order to pack on muscle mass, you have to take in more protein than your body uses-otherwise you’d lose weight not gain in.

If I had to pick one 

The squat is the undisputed king of all muscle building exercises! The almighty squat works an incredible 256 muscles in every rep! If you’re not squatting, you really should be. Personally I have seen incredible gains in the 2.5 years I have been seriously squatting, not just on the lower body but all over. Big moves like the squat help release growth hormone which obviously helps you gain all over.
Not getting the results you want from
Well, my supplement supply is running low so I’m looking to try some new stuff. I want some of the readers to give me some ideas of what they want to read reviews on. I will give the supplement a run for one tub and post the results here in the 
Pretty much all the posts here on Real Weight Training stem from my experiences and conversations with others. I was talking to my brother on the phone the other day and he was complaining about his bicep workout. He told me every muscle group is his body was coming along nicely except his biceps! This is an all too common complaint, and not the first time I’ve heard it!
